We offer a consultancy & advisory service for small or medium size organisations who are facing significant change or a specific challenge.
Our approach is collaborative and fundamentally systemic.
We will engage with key stakeholders & leaders in the organisation to develop an understanding of the challenge and work with them to develop an acceptable & realistic plan aligned to their goals.
We are happy to offer occasional 'light touch' consultancy or more intensive and involved work. If required we can also help coach, train or supervise members of the organisation.
