We work with individuals, teams, organisations and large systems.

The majority of our work is within the public and charity sectors, however we also engage with private sector clients wherever our values align and our approach may be useful.

Our stance is collaborative and while we offer some pre-designed workshops our preference is to work with clients & shape our programmes around their specific needs & contexts.
